Manuel Andujar-Gonzalez, age 82 of Orlando, Florida passed away Saturday December 1, 2018.
Manuel was born May 4, 1936 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico.
Manuel was a well known chef in Central Florida and in Puerto Rico. Manny enjoyed hearing music all the time especially while cooking Loved to see everyone happy, always making jokes. Because of his kindness he was loved by many. Manuel is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Monica Cintron; son, Victor Manuel Andujar; daughters, Miroslava Andujar, Maria Ellena Andujar, Jeanette Andujar; sisters, Maria Lourdes Andujar, Ernestina Andujar; brother, Pijuan Malpica; Grandchildren; Lisandra Cruz, Christopher M. Cruz, Jennifer M. Cruz, Michael Roman, Jimmy Batista, Jasmin Batista, Tara A. Andujar, Jaiden V. Andujar, Victoria Andujar, Ralph DeJesus, Corina DeJesus, Naomi DeJesus, Hector Alicia, and Nicoe Zamora. Great-grandchildren Kristialys M. Rosado, Joshua Fernandez, Isabella Fernandez, Joelian Morales, Giovan Luna, Kevelys Sanchez, Naiomo Cruz, Manny the 3rd Cruz,
Manuel is preceded in death by his son Manuel Andujar Jr. and brothers Jesus Andujar, Fausto Andujar, Ernesto Andujar Jr, Augustina Andujar, And Kenzel Sanchez (great grandchild).
