Ruben Ricardo Rivera-Morales, resident of Orlando, FL. He passed away on January 18, 2019 at 33 years old. He was loved by many people.
He was born on November 5, 1985 in Boston, Massachusetts. He grew up and was raised in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico until he moved to the state of Florida in 2009. A young man full of goals, challenges and aspirations. He graduated as and obtained his Diploma as Chef. Acquired additional certificates through training related to his career. Fighter and objective in all aspects of his life. He was part of the Church of Jesus Christ in this world. Now a citizen and official resident in heaven with our God and Savior Jesus Christ. Rubencito (as we affectionately told him) is preceded in death by his father Ruben R. Rivera-Maldonado, his sister Sheila Enid Rivera-Morales, his grandmother Anita Santiago, his great-grandmother Sinda Rivera, his uncle Cheo Santiago and his grandfather Mecho Rivera. He is survived by his mother Antonia Miranda, stepfather Luis Miranda, sister Emy S. Rivera, brother-in-law Felix E. Declet, nephews Jennifer I. Declet, Felix J. Declet, Kevin S. Declet and Xayden O. Declet; grandmothers Ana Maldonado, Marta Rosado and Carmen Roman; grandparents Milton Montes de Oca and Roberto Morales; and a number of Maternal Aunts & Uncles and Paternal Aunts & Uncles. Ruben was a very special person in the life of everyone who knew him. His death was unexpected and he took a piece of our hearts, but his memory, words, actions and advice will always be alive in our hearts.
He fought the good fight and got his reward. He reached the goal ... He won the race. We say goodbye to your physical body, but we will find ourselves in the celestial dwellings... but not yet... someday... one day. WE LOVE YOU FOREVER Ruben.
