On Wednesday, November 20th, 2019, Luis Enrique Carmona Jr., of Apopka passed away at the age of 64. Luis was born on June 14th, 1955 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Luis E. Carmona Sr. and Clara Luz Carmona.
As a family, they came to Apopka in 1978 establishing the Carmona Egg Farm. Luis married Ada Hernandez and raised four children, Luis, James (Delgado), Alyssa and David in Apopka. Luis always had a passion for his family and his entrepreneurial endeavors, both of which he devoted his entire life to. His greatest hobby consisted of family get-togethers and story-telling. All who came in contact with Luis were drawn to his sense of humor and quickly realized that a willingness to serve and a sincere generosity was a part of his entire being. His legacy is his life work, Carmona Dealer Services, which his son David will continue to run.
Luis was preceded in death by his father, Luis, and is survived by his mother Clara. He is also survived by his wife Ada, four children Luis, James (wife Jessi), Alyssa and David, three grandchildren, his siblings Ivonne, Robert, Edward, Theresa, Clarissa and a multitude of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
